Inch: the platform for co-owned properties

A million apartments already use the services provided by Inch, a client-supplier relations platform for leasehold/condominium property owner groups and building managers. “We give visibility to around 80% of activities that until now were totally ignored,” explains Thibaut Favre, the start-up’s co-founder. From the moment an incident is reported until its resolution, Inch gives leasehold/condominium property owner groups and building managers the ability to monitor progress for the various repair interventions in the same way as one tracks a parcel on DHL. In each building, a telephone number displayed in the lobby is called to provide screening of requests and alerts. Using artificial intelligence, a robot asks follow-up questions that vary depending on the answers to the previous questions. ‘Better qualified, the requests can be processed more efficiently,” Thibaut Fabre summarizes. The platform also generates statistics, identifying unwarranted or recurrent delays. And as of now, Inch also offers dataroom services, which gather together in one secure digital space all the information that could be required by building managers or co-owners, as well as experts, trades and crafts people, in the event of a major disaster.
