Célia Blauel: “Cities have a head start in terms of energy transition”

Célia Blauel describes the policies in place for Paris to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. The Paris councillor, in charge of the environment, mentions the will of the city to reign back on the concessions it made in terms of energy and to continue the struggle by locally elected officials for greater energy decentralisation.
